Matters arising. None.
Chairman’s report. Rob Withington commented that he thought the league had had a good season, and that we should try to get more teams.
Treasurers' report. Andy Kendrick thanked Angus Way and Mike Healey for photographs taken at the presentation; ands also said that there were more prizes claimed this season than over the last three seasons. Andy was asked about fines, which amounted to ten pounds. It was said that teams should be fined for not fielding a full compliment of players, however, with the lack of teams in the league and the general decline of snooker it was deemed a bad idea to penalise teams and risk losing even more players. The fine in question was for late payment. Pete Clarke asked Andy if the balance of £171-71 would be enough for handbooks and Andy replied that the £20-00 deposits collected at the A.G.M. would suffice to cover these costs Andy also mentioned the loss to the league of one of our players, Mr. Roy Francis. It was decided that the league should donate £20-00 to each of the charities concerning the demise of Roy.
Secretaries report. No report, except to add a mention of Roy Francis.

Future planning. Alan Turner to report the impending A.G.M. to the Star and also get in touch with Nigel Stallard over his recent lack of attendances.
