Meeting opened 7-36pm

Present. Rob Withington, Noel Hitch, A. Turner, K. Mcleoud, Karl Wilson. Dave Dudley, Mike Healey, Andy Kendrick.

Matters arising None.

Chairman’s report. Chairman said congratulations to Telford B in the intertown competition and wished the best of luck to the Telford A team.

Treasurer’s report. Andy reported that only seven out of twenty three were late with cue fees and said that wasn’t too bad.

Comp update: Still 10 results outstanding for Sun 20th & another 32 for Sun 27th

Divisional Individuals: Down to last 4 in both divisions -Div 1 semi finalists: Kelvin McLeod (Bayley); Darren Weston (Dawley); Lewis Round (Eden) & Michael Mancini (Dawley). Div 2 semi finalists: Ben Godding (Bayley); Chris Morgan-Adams (Bayley); James O'Hara (Maddocks) & James Hayward (Maddocks)

High breaks to date: Div 1: Tom Maxfield 88; Div 2: James O'Hara 49
              Comps: Craig Reynolds 40; Paul Lloyd 53; Craig Baugh 55; Phil Dix 65; Chris Morgan-Adams 83 & Lewis Round 88

Inter Town: Great result for Telford B winning away at Bridgnorth A. Telford A are playing on Fri 25th away at Meole Brace v Shrewsbury A, be nice if people come along to support our league's representatives

Team Knockout Handicaps: As the league is now down to 2 divisions the gap between the top of the league and the bottom is a lot less than in previous years. Therefore Noel brought along 3 options to make the cup matches a little fairer. All 3 were discussed and option 3 was chosen unanimously. Andy will post this onto the website tonight along with the draw.
