Minutes of meeting held at the Sir John Bayley Club 18^th May.

Meeting opened 7-40pm

Present. Rob Withington, A. Turner, Dave Dudley, John Rawlings, Noel Hitch.

Kelvin McLeod, Andy Kendrick, Josh Devey, Mike Healey.

Apologies: None.

Minutes proposed. K. Mcleoud, Seconded J. Rawlings.

Matters arising. None.

Chairman’s report. Chairman Mr. Rob Withington said thanks to ever-one who supported the league, and that he was looking forward to the presentation. Also congratulated the Inter-town teams representing Telford.

Treasurer’s report. Andy Kendrick reported that all monies nearly paid out and all incomes were in.

Secretaries report None.

Competition Secretaries report.

All competitions were completed as Per. List of winners Etc in last minutes.

Post None.

Future planning. Raffle tickets arranged for presentation and Ken Davies selling tickets. All engraving completed on trophies and a new trophy was made bought for Matt Davies’ maximum break. Running order was arranged by Andy with Pete Nolan presenting the trophies. A. G. M. date set for 20^th July
