Minutes of meeting held at the Sir John Bayley Club 16t^h February

Meeting opened 7-35pm

Present. Rob Withington, A. Turner, Dave Dudley, Mike Healey, Andy Kendrick, John Rawlings, Tony Morgan,

Apologies: Josh Devey.

Minutes proposed. John Rawlins, Seconded. Mike Healey.

Matters arising None.

Chairman’s report. Chairman Mr. Rob Withington thanked Josh Devey for opening a Snooker page for the League on Facebook. Rob also mentioned that our Telford teams in the Inter-town competition had been well received and that the food they put on for the match was very good.

Treasurer’s report. Andy Kendrick said all cue fees had been paid and that. Twenty-five pounds was allowed for each of the Inter-town teams for expenses, also a further twenty-five pounds has been allocated for the remaining team through to the next round.

Andy also said that we were on course for a similar amount of prize money to be allocated for this seasons prize money. Only thing that will be different is a slight adjustment due to any byes.

Post. None.

Future planning. Mike Healey had approached the two ladies who catered for us last season at the presentation and the committee agreed to pay them some money in advance.
