TELFORD & DISTRICT AMATEUR SNOOKER LEAGUE

Minutes of meeting held at the Sir John Bayley Club on Thursday 18th Aug 2016.

Meeting Opened : 7.40 pm.

Present : Rob Withington, Andy Kendrick, Noel Hitch, John Rawlins, Dave Dudley, Tony Morgan, Mike Healey, Ken Davies.

Apologies : None.

Minutes : Secretary was absent and therefore no minutes were presented.

Matters Arising : None.

Chairman Report : Mr Rob Withington said he was looking forward to the new season and hoped that all 24 teams that had entered the league would be able to fulfil their commitments.

Treasurer Report : Mr Andy Kendrick presented the budget for the year pointing out that income would be £1500 down on the previous season due to the reduction in teams. He thanked Mr Pete Nolan and Mr Barry Roden for their continued generosity in sponsoring the league.

Secretary Report : Absent.

Competition Secretary Report : Mr Noel Hitch said that the referee course had been confirmed for Sunday 4^th September. Competition entry forms would be made available via the website and e mail this week.
