Meeting opened 7-35pm

Matters arising. None.

Chairman’s report. Rob Withington said it was nice to see more teams participating in the monthly meeting, although it was a cue fees evening.

Treasurer’s report. Andy Kendrick reported that there would be no change in the accounts until fees had been paid this evening.

Secretaries report. None.

Competition Secretaries report. Angus had reported that he would do the draws on Monday 1^st of December. In regards to the plate competition in division one, James O’Hara had won his first match, but then lost his second. James had carried on playing in the plate when he wasn’t eligible. He then beat John Rawlins, with John not being aware of the earlier result. The committee decided that as there was no-one else involved between James O’Hara and John Rawlins that John should go through to the final.

Future planning. The eight of May was suggested for the presentation evening, and the Dawley Social Club was being considered as the venue.

A.O.B Mike Healey had asked if there were any teams interested in joining our league in the future and the answer was no.
