Minutes of meeting held at the Sir John Bayley Club 21st May.

Meeting opened 7-32pm

Matters arising. None.

Chairman’s report. Chairman said that he thought the presentation went well, a nice room, and everything ran smoothly thanks to the organisation by Andy Kendrick and Angus Way.

Treasurer’s report. The treasurer, Mr. Andy Kendrick gave special thanks to Steve Weatherall and Mike Healey for raising £97-00 in the raffle. The treasurer thought that the room was too big. Accounts were as shown for the end of the year.

Secretaries report. Secretary thought that it was a very poor turnout for the presentation, bearing in mind there is no entry fee. Also commented that some of the winners couldn’t be bothered to turn up for their prizes. Secretary was also intending to print and deliver notice for the forthcoming A.G.M.

Competition Secretaries report. The competition secretaries post was vacant so therefore no report. The competition secretaries’ post was offered to Mr. Noel Hitch

Post. There was a letter from Phil Davies, not included in this report.

Future planning. None as present.
