TELFORD & DISTRICT AMATEUR SNOOKER LEAGUE

Minutes of meeting held at the Sir John Bayley Club on Thursday 18^th June 2015.

Meeting Opened : 7.46 pm.

Present : Rob Withington, Andy Kendrick, Roland Hassel, Dave Dudley, Noel Hitch, Steve Weatherall.

Apologies : Alan Turner.

Minutes : Secretary had sent his apologies and therefore no minutes were present.

Chairman Report : The Annual General Meeting is on 16^th July and we should spread the word to encourage as many attendees as possible. There is also a new contact for grass roots sports at the Shropshire Star who we should contact for future correspondence.

Treasurer Report : The annual accounts are currently with the auditor awaiting approval.

Secretary Report : Not present.

Competition Secretary Report : Office is currently vacant.

Correspondence : None.

Future Planning : Notices for the AGM will be issued by E Mail, via the web site, the Shropshire Star and posters delivered to each club over the next week.
