Treasurer’s report. The treasurer had sent apologies and the accounts remained the same.

Secretaries report. None.

Competition Secretaries report. Angus had reported that everything was up to date.

Future planning. None.

A.O.B There was a dispute over the knockout match played between Maddocks A and Bayley Z. By the time of the last match the scores had not been kept correctly and there was a dispute has to whether or not the final frame should have been decided on a re-spotted black. In view of any kind of evidence not being available the committee decided that the match should be played again.
