Minutes of meeting held at the Sir John Bayley Club 15^th May.

Meeting opened 7-33pm

Present. Alan Turner, Rob Withington, Steve Weatherall, Pete Clarke, Roland Hassell.

Apologies: Andy Kendrick, Dave Dudley.

Minutes proposed. Steve Weatherall, Seconded Roland Hassell.

Matters arising. None.

Chairman’s report. Mr. Rob Withington mentioned that the presentation was tomorrow and that any help would be appreciated.

Treasurers' report. None.

Secretaries report. None.

Competition Secretaries report. None.

Correspondence None.

Future planning. The raffle had not been mentioned to date, but it was agreed by those attending that we would donate some prizes as usual. Mr. Rob Withington would be charging his camera so that we could have some pictures from the presentation. We would be asking Tony Morgan or Pete Nolan to present the trophies.

Aob. Pete Clarke had asked did we know how many divisions would be in the league the coming season. There could be no prediction until the entrant had been admitted. The secretary would put a proposal in writing to allow the committee to have the final say on formatting the league this coming season.
