First 147 break in
competitions
Shifnal hosted a cracking
match on Sunday 24th January in the Chris Ward Singles
between Matt Davies and Shaun Harris. Matt opened up with an
incredible 147 break in the first frame but Shaun showed
great character to level at 1-1. Matt then had an 86 break
to lead again but once more Shaun dug in to level at 2-2. It
could have gone either way but a fine 68 break sealed the
win for Matt. Well done lads, it's nice to see such a great
standard of play in the Telford League
